With 20+ years of experience and diverse professional background encompassing several facets of marketing, public relations and social media, Kate specializes in public relations and social media strategy. Prior to her role with Black Fox Philanthropy and her leadership of Think Big Media PR, Kate worked at Vail Resorts, where she handled corporate communications and promoted the company’s world-class resorts while working with world-class athletes such as Lindsey Vonn. Additionally, Kate led the public relations at Keystone Resort and also worked at Qwest Communications and SKIING Magazine. Kate earned her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Colorado and also holds an MBA from the University of Colorado-Denver. She is a member of the Society of American Travel Writers, and her work has earned both Qwest and Vail Resorts several PRSA Gold and Silver Anvil Awards.
