Upon reflection of the last several years of Black Fox Philanthropy’s evolution, it is clear that ‘God/Universe/Allah’ had far greater plans for the firm than I did, and far greater plans for me than I thought imaginable. But callings call for us to grow into them. Our continued and exciting growth enables us to collaborate with many more leaders and, in doing so, catalyze a more just, safe, inclusive, and gender-balanced world.
Black Fox Philanthropy intentionally attracts the best people for our work—fierce servant leaders and trusted advisors–as team members, partners, and clients. We do this through a culture of inclusion, celebration, compassion, and excellence. We are fortunate in our unique roles at Black Fox Philanthropy and the sector. By creating a culture that encompasses each of us to be our best, we can excel, and better enable all people to live fully expressed lives on a thriving planet.
