Black Fox Philanthropy has developed a set of core services that have emerged as vital to attracting and building funding relationships with mission-aligned partners, and through our signature combination packages, our clients can experience all of Black Fox Philanthropy’s core services over the course of a single transformative engagement. We offer a 7-month package: the Accelerator (Fee: $49,500); and a 12-month package: the Transformer (Fee: $88,500).  The Goal: To get clients as close to new funding as possible, as soon as possible.

Many organizations lack the time, staff, and paid databases needed to uncover and pursue new funding sources. As a result, too many live in a constant state of urgency when it comes to fundraising, taking focus from their missions. Serving as a short-term skilled extension of an organization’s team, the Painless Prospecting researchers uncover new prospective funders with reasonable-to-high likelihood of funding our client and provide coaching on optimal ways to engage those funders. From rapidly secured donations of $5,000 to grants of $500,000 and more, Black Fox Philanthropy has helped clients uncover and engage mission-aligned new funders. 

Persuasive messages and communication tools are the underpinning of all effective fundraising strategies. Ultimately, an effective communications strategy requires a unique narrative that builds a strong case for support while setting you apart from other worthy organizations working in your issue area. The objective of the Toolkit is to help develop your organization’s Case for Support, transforming how you tell your story to help unlock new sources of revenue. Black Fox Philanthropy will then deliver a suite of communications templates based upon your new core messaging that clearly and compellingly conveys your value proposition and vision for greater impact. 

This unique service has been designed for organizations with capacity for tremendous impact but lack the internal bandwidth to cultivate new funding relationships. Recognizing that the primary fundraiser’s time is best invested in face-to-face meetings, not cultivating relationships that can take months to develop, we serve as highly-skilled team members who are able to secure invitations to submit an LOI or grant application, and/or to advance relationships with funders by securing key meetings at conferences and beyond, while setting the stage for success in securing funding partnerships.

Securing grants is core to any successful fundraising strategy, yet not all organizations have the time or talent to craft well written grant submissions that convey your mission and impact in a clear, compelling, and funder-centric way. Our professional grant writers can create one comprehensive grant template that can be used for multiple grant submissions, as well as use the template to produce two complete grants and 3 Letters of Inquiry—advancing your fundraising efforts immediately while building capacity for future submissions. 

By matching a nonprofit’s needs to areas where Black Fox Philanthropy has expertise, Strategic Advisory expands fundraising knowledge and ability of nonprofit leaders. Our custom strategic advisory hours are designed to help organizations optimize skills, gain and maintain fundraising momentum. 

Focused on core elements critical to successful fundraising, Strategic Advisory draws on the experience of our dedicated team.  Your organization will receive a bank of six (6) hours to use within 3 months to help you develop more effective fundraising strategies.

Tailored to your needs and goals we will work with you to strategize opportunities, increase fundraising, craft optimal outreach approaches, and lay the groundwork for a robust grant program and development department.  Strategic Advisory topics include, but are not limited to, grant audits, communications tools and messaging, overarching fundraising strategy, advancement outreach, and preparation for high-stakes meetings.
