Before joining Black Fox Philanthropy, Holly was a Country Engagement Coordinator at the FP2030 initiative within the United Nations Foundation. At UNF, she and her team worked with country governments, donors, UNFPA, and other NGOs to improve sexual and reproductive health policies and outcomes globally. Prior to UNF, she held an internship at the OECD Center for Tax Policy within the Tax Investigators Without Borders (TIWB) program, focusing on capacity building and policy analysis in Tunisia, Costa Rica, and Honduras. In addition she held development internships at two Boston-area organizations, the Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition (MIRA) and Ceres, focusing on strengthening their individual giving programs.
Holly is proud to be a first-generation college graduate, and she earned her BA in Political Science and French Language and Literature from Boston University in 2020. Originally from Sandusky, Ohio, she is currently based in Erfurt, Germany, and is earning her Master of Public Policy at the University of Erfurt Willy Brandt School of Public Policy with specialties in Socio-Economic and Development Policies and Non-Profit Management.
