Laura Esterly believes meaningful stories can help connect individuals and transform organizations of all sizes, backgrounds, and sectors.

For nearly two decades, Laura has created communications and impact strategies for a range of social good organizations. Her approach is centered in equity and empathy, and her work has contributed to advancing development goals, changing attitudes and behaviors, strengthening services, and improving systems.

Laura draws from a background that includes communications, fundraising and evaluation and learning for organizations in a range of sectors, including education, cultural heritage, health care, energy, and technology. She has led successful communications efforts for institutional and corporate giving, individual donor cultivation, planned giving, wide-net direct mail and engagement programs, and strategic partnerships.

Originally from the Boston area, Laura currently lives in Denver with her outdoorsy, travel-loving family. She is an active volunteer in her local community and serves on the board of a Denver-based literacy nonprofit.
