Tricia Puskar has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, program implementation, research, advocacy, and philanthropy.

She has worked with local and global nonprofits of all sizes and has helped create an impact on a range of issues that she is passionate about, including education, global health, housing, rural transportation, economic development, and women and girls’ empowerment.

With over a decade of fundraising leadership in the global social impact sector, Tricia brings deep expertise in developing fundraising strategies that grow revenue across audiences and channels. In addition to her experience successfully prospecting and cultivating major donors, foundations, and corporate partners, Tricia has a strong track record for helping to build collaboration and systems across diverse teams to advance fundraising and organizational goals.

Tricia has lived and worked in Sub-Saharan Africa and holds an MA in International Development and a BA in Social Work. In her spare time, Tricia serves on the Board of a Kenya-based organization focused on girls’ education, volunteers on political campaigns for women and BIPOC candidates, and can be found cooking, reading, riding her bicycle, and traveling with her husband and 9-year-old son.
